Refund policy

This policy is formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981. In the event of any contradiction between any clause herein and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law shall prevail, even if the customer has agreed otherwise.

Right of Cancellation in a Remote Sale Transaction. A purchase on the website constitutes a "remote sale transaction." The customer is entitled to cancel the transaction from the moment the order is placed up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document — whichever is later, regardless of whether the shipment has dispatched. The count of days includes rest days; if the final day falls on a rest day, the deadline shall be postponed to the next business day. Extension: A person with disabilities, a senior citizen (65+), or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel within 4 months, provided that the engagement in the transaction included a conversation between the business and the customer (including electronic communication); the company reserves the right to request appropriate documentation.

Manner of Cancellation. A cancellation notice may be submitted through any of the following methods: via the dedicated "Cancel Transaction" link on the website, by email at uriido4+viperservice@gmail.com or orally through the channel where the transaction was conducted — accompanied by name, ID number, and order number. No explanation is required. The company shall send the customer confirmation of receipt of the notice.

Cancellation Prior to Shipment. If the transaction is canceled before the product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued, less lawful cancellation fees, without the need to return the product.

Monetary Refund. In a cancellation not due to a defect, the company shall refund the full amount paid (including shipping fees paid, if any) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, using the same payment method with which the transaction was executed (if paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to that card). The company is entitled to deduct a cancellation fee at a rate of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS — whichever is lower. The cancellation fee includes all expenses (shipping, packaging, and the like), and no additional amount beyond this shall be collected. The cost of returning the product to the company, when cancellation is not due to a defect, shall be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Due to Defect or Non-Conformity. If the transaction is canceled due to a defect, non-conformity between the product and the details provided, or any other breach by the company, no cancellation fees shall be charged whatsoever, the company shall bear the cost of returning the product, and the refund shall be full. The customer is entitled, at their choice, to a full refund or a replacement. It is recommended to attach documentation (photo/video) with the request.

Exchanges and Non-Cancelable Products. Beyond the statutory right of cancellation, the company allows a one-time exchange within 14 days of receiving the package, subject to no use beyond reasonable fit verification and return with original tags; the cost of return (other than for defects) falls on the customer. Clarification: These conditions apply solely to the exchange benefit — the statutory right of cancellation is not contingent upon original packaging or tags, provided that the product has not been subjected to use beyond reasonable inspection. Pursuant to Section 14C(d) of the Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to, among other things: perishable goods; goods manufactured specifically for the customer according to personal order; products capable of being recorded, copied, or duplicated whose original packaging has been opened; and "information" as defined in the Computers Law. The mere fact that a product is on sale does not negate the right of cancellation.

Miscellaneous. A credit voucher issued as a result of a product return shall be valid for at least two years from the date of delivery; a purchase voucher or gift card purchased for consideration shall be valid for at least five years from the date of issuance. The company reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a material error in the product description or price, or out of stock; in such case, notice will be provided to the customer promptly, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
