1. General. The website is owned by Viper, located at uriido4+viperservice@gmail.com . These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Company and any person or entity browsing or using the website or the information contained therein (hereinafter: the "User"). The Company reserves the right to amend these Regulations from time to time; the binding version is the one published on the website at the time the action is performed, and any change shall not apply retroactively to orders already placed. The use of the masculine pronoun is for convenience purposes only and refers to all genders. Product prices include statutory VAT, and the displayed price is the total price; shipping fees will be displayed separately and clearly prior to completing the order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The Company does not guarantee to maintain all models in stock and reserves the right to offer and discontinue promotions at any time.

2. Order, Acceptance, and Delivery. Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the products. An automated notification confirming receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance, and the transaction is finalized upon the Company's approval and charging of the payment method. In the event of a material and obvious clerical error in the product description or price, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order, provided that prompt notice is sent to the customer and the full amount paid is refunded. Payment on the website is via {Payment Methods: Credit Cards  / PayPal}; payment in installments is subject to the approval and terms of the credit card company.

3. Legal Capacity. Performing an action on the website constitutes confirmation by the user ("the Customer") that they have read the Regulations and agree to its provisions. Use is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. A minor requires the approval of a guardian prior to any action, without derogating from the provisions of the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law.

4. Governing Law. The use of the website and any transaction executed on it shall be governed solely by Israeli law. Nothing in these Regulations shall derogate from the consumer's right to apply to any competent court according to law.

5. Intellectual Property. The website, its content, trademarks, designs, and copyrights contained therein are the exclusive property of the Company or a third party that has granted it permission. No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, distributed, marketed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Use. The User undertakes not to make any illegal use of the website, including submitting false details, violating privacy, uploading infringing or offensive content, disrupting the operation of the website, automated data collection, or bypassing security measures. The Company reserves the right to block a User who violates these terms, without derogating from any other remedy.

7. User Account. To the extent an account is opened on the website, the customer must maintain the confidentiality of access details and update the Company regarding any concern of misuse. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of the Regulations.

8. Promotions and Coupons. Promotions, discounts, and coupons shall apply in accordance with their terms as published and for the specified period, without double promotions unless otherwise stated, and are non-convertible to cash. Participation in a promotion does not derogate from cancellation rights by law.

9. Reviews on the Website. The website may display customer reviews. The Company will not publish fabricated reviews and will not filter reviews in a manner that misleads consumers, but reserves the right not to publish offensive or law-infringing content. By posting a review, the User grants the Company a license to use it on the website and in its marketing channels.

10. Third-Party Links. The website may contain links to external websites. The Company is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy policies.

11. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability. The website and its contents are provided "As-Is." The Company endeavors to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date, but innocent inaccuracies or disruptions may occur, and the Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the website. Subject to the provisions of any non-waivable law, the Company shall not bear liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or reliance on its contents. Nothing in the aforesaid shall derogate from the Company's liability by law for products sold or from cognitive consumer rights.

12. References. The Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and "Cancel Transaction" page are linked at the bottom of the website and constitute an integral part of these Regulations. The Privacy Policy is detailed on the designated page.

13. Miscellaneous. Should a competent tribunal determine that any clause in the Regulations is void or unenforceable — the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. The Company's failure to enforce a right shall not constitute a waiver thereof. The Company is entitled to assign its rights under these Regulations as part of a transfer of business activity, provided that the customer's rights are not harmed.
